We have a Special Job for each of you! We are Citizens In Action – Join us.
2023 has demanded we expand our ability to have a greater impact on all communities so we are introducing and inviting your organization to join HREA CDC as C.I.A. member; Community Impact Advocates. Nationwide conversations have expanded to include issues around racial equity, disparity in access to capital and credit for Black and Latino communities. We want your help to start changing the outcomes to that narrative in the Greater Houston Metropolitan BIPOC Communities.

Community Impact Investments for each of the next 5 years.

Community Context is the primary starting point for Community Impact Programs. C. I. A. members must help restructure the Community foundation to re-build the relationships individuals may need to have as they improve and expand their view on possibilities. Most Communities have an economic activity system geared around the quality of the existing social and cultural, but not necessarily controlled by the predominate demographics of the neighborhood; how can we improve or expand it. Most Communities tend to have political networks and institutions that prefer to maintain the status quo, how can we improve or expand the responsiveness to the Communities desire for improved Financial Wellness information.

C.I.A. members must support the marketing and delivery of the HREA CDC Community Challenges designed to teach and to help learn how to improve Credit Mindset, how & why Insurance is important and when to review the types of coverage, to learn the difference between Income Tax preparation and Income Tax planning, learn how Wills & Trusts can strengthen Families and Communities. Most importantly how each of these challenges may improve the possibilities for Generational Wealth accumulation and transfer.

C.I.A. members are supportive changing perspectives of community views on Family Wealth at every Family Income level and the different types of Family Savings opportunities that exist with the expanded awareness of potential economic realities.
